1. General Policy

At Hallita Enterprise Limited, we provide access to digital goods, licenses, trading simulations, and educational tools. Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the purchase has been completed.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds except under the limited circumstances outlined below.


2. Non-Refundable Purchases

You are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:

5. Subscription Services

If you subscribe to recurring services:

  • Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods.

6. No Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Hallita Enterprise Limited to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
